Who Are We?
The Mount Elizabeth Theatre is Kitimat’s home for the performing arts. It is a joint-use facility of Coast Mountains School District 82 and the District of Kitimat. Our 500-seat auditorium is intimate and flexible, equally suited to musicals, concerts, dance, film, conferences, ceremonies and community gatherings. Performers and presenters can rely on professional sound and lighting, dedicated dressing rooms and a concert grand piano. Patrons enjoy accessible seating and on-site parking. The MET continues to evolve, driven by strong partnerships, and a shared vision of keeping live arts alive and accessible in Kitimat.
